Visionary / CEO
David loves people. His desire to start Kennedy Care in 2003 as the owner, marketer, recruiter, bookkeeper and first caregiver stemmed from his desire to better the lives of everyone who he came in contact with. He is married to Jacquelynn Kennedy and loves his 4 children, Arianna, Ryder, Dash, and Svea. -
Tiffany Youngs-Bokas
Integrator / Chief Operating Officer
Tiffany is passionate about working with people. She has a wide variety of work experience highlighted by time managing an assisted living facility and corporate HR. Tiffany has three children and a beloved husband! -
Sarah Jennings, CPA, CFE, CAE
Vice President of Finance
Sarah is passionate about finding solutions and guiding teams to reach or exceed their goals. She provides clarity for program and company growth and in turn helps the teams to provide amazing care to even more families. When she is not doing the work that she loves, she enjoys being outdoors, experiencing new things and spending time with her husband and son.

Julia Lundell, BCBA
Julia went to the University of Dayton for her Bachelors Degree in Psychology, and Wayne State for her Masters in Applied Behavioral Analysis.
A BCBA for Dashi Rivers, she loves to see the kids reach their goals and achieve milestones every day. When not working, she enjoys skiing with friends and family in the winter and spending time in her garden during the warmer months -
Dan Simpson, BCBA
Dan has been a BCBA since 2019 and a direct care therapist/RBT starting in 2015. As a behavior analyst, he strives to collaborate with parents and select meaningful goals that help improve each learner's independence and quality of life. Some of his interests are compassionate care and dissemination of assent-based and trauma-informed care. At home, he enjoys his time with his wife, 2 young children, and 2 pet dogs. He enjoys listening to and writing music, reading, and anything outdoors

Ashley Friedrichs, BCBA, Clinical Director
Ashley has been a BCBA for 5 years and is the Clinical Director for Dashi Rivers. Her favorite thing about what she does is helping kids grow and reaching new goals. When she isn't doing amazing things for the clinic, she loves to spend time in the sun and hang out with her nieces.

Josh Jaggers, BCBA
Josh is a BCBA at Dashi Rivers and has been working in the field for four years. He is excited to share his passion for ABA with others, and enjoys seeing his clients grow as they lead more independent lives! He will never pass up an opportunity to talk about and try new foods (his favorite being Ethiopian!) and enjoys games of all kinds in his spare time - mostly of the video and tabletop variety.

Shelby Kaump, BCBA
Shelby is a BCBA with Dashi Rivers, and has been working in the field since 2013. She received her Bachelor's Degree at Grand Valley State University, where she specialized in Psychology. After graduation, Shelby was able to gain experience in the field of ABA in a variety of contexts as a direct therapist. She later went on to obtain her Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University after falling in love with the science.
Shelby has worked in a wide variety of settings, including center based, school based, as well as providing treatment in the home, and virtual environments. She has extensive experience as an RBT, as well as a BCBA in each domain. Shelby is incredibly passionate in ensuring the best outcomes for not only the clients she works with, but also the staff members on her team. Shelby's greatest priorities with her position are remaining compliant with ethical standards, and providing compassion and understanding to all she interacts with.
